Sancapampa Project

The Sancapampa property is comprised of two concessions covering 1,200 hectares.  The Sancapampa property is located in the District of Curahuasi, Abancay, Department of Apurimac.

There are two ways to access the poperty (Piscamuscayoc, Laguna Jocollo) by Lambrama from the Molino farmhouse to the town of Curpajasa, 9 hours on horseback; or by Abancay, taking a 2.5 hours road to Rontococha lagoon and 8 hours on horseback.

The mineralization is related to an Epitermal and Skarn of Cu-Au. The exploration plan includes geological mapping 1/1000 scale, rock chip geochemical sampling, IP and Mag geophysics, and diamond drilling of 5 holes of 300 m each.

EXPLORATION CAMPAIGNS

Cordillera de las Minas, 2004 - 2008

The property was acquired by Cordillera de Las Minas in 2004. 75.7 km of magnetrometry, 17 Km of IP, between 1993 and 1994, a mapping was carried out at 1/50000 scale, 12 rock chip samples were collected.

Panoro Minerals, 2008 - Present

Four rock chip samples were collected during site visits. The characteristic of interest in Sancapampa is a layer of silice of 3 km x 1 km that may represent the upper part of an epithermal system. The property is covered by granodiorites from the Andahuaylas–Yauri Batholite and younger volcanic and subvolcanic rocks. The silicalite cover was discovered during the work of monitoring geochemically anomalous gold values in Quebrada Jachilpa (425 and 215 ppb gold).

Luis Vela, P. Geo., Vice President of Exploration for Panoro and a "qualified person" under National Instrument 43-101, has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information.
