Projects	Antilla and Cotabambas (CDLM), two advance porphyry copper and copper-gold exploration projects with excellent potential to significantly increase their resources and to make additional discoveries. El Rosal/La Ramada (Panoro Peru), located in northern Peru, an early stage project with the potential to host one or two large tonnage copper or copper-gold porphyry deposits. Near surface occurences of copper-zinc and copper-gold skarn mineralization with potential for moderate size deposit. Eleven additional exciting projects consisting of prophyry copper and copper-gold, copper skarn and low and high sulfidation epithermal gold systems. These are part of the recently acquired CDLM portfolio in the prolific Andahuaylas-Yauri Copper-Gold Province.
